This page says what Parallex LLC collects when you use this site, what we do with it, and who else touches it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

If you request an introduction, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, organization, role, the kind of investor you are, and your message. That is all the form asks for. Please do not put confidential deal information, account numbers or passwords in it. If we work together, confidential material goes under a signed agreement, not through the website.

The site sets one cookie, a session cookie that protects the form from forgery. It does not track you, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies or tools. Our hosting provider keeps routine server logs, which can include your IP address and the pages you requested.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to decide whether and how we can help, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who else handles it

A few service providers run the site for us, and they handle your data only to do that job:

• Render hosts the website.
• Supabase hosts the database where introduction requests are stored.
• An email delivery service sends us a notice when a request arrives. That notice contains what you wrote.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads, and Google receives your IP address.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.

How long we keep it

We keep an introduction request for as long as we need it to reply and to manage any relationship that follows. If you ask us to delete it, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Send the request through the introduction form and say what you want. We will reply. Depending on where you live, the law may give you additional rights, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is for businesses and investors. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this page, we will change the date at the top. Our terms of use govern your use of the site.
